The simulations have a horizontal resolution of 12 or 6 km and a vertical resolution of 6-24 km. The physical dimensions are 12x12 Mm wide. The simulation goes from the temperature miminmum do a depth of 6 Mm below the visible surface. The simulation was started with a horizontal resolution of 12 km and a weak uniform vertical field of 10 G, which was slowly increased with an efolding time of 2 hours until the average vertical field became 280 G, after which it was held constant and the run continued for 25 minutes solar time, of which 11 minutes was at 6 km resolution. Stokes spectra are calculatied only for every other pixel from the last snapshot of the 6 km resolution run. Stokes spectra i,q,u,v are stored in separate IDL save files as arrays of (wavelength,x,y) and dimensions [200,1008,1008]. They are normalized to the HSRA continuum. The wavelength vector is included in the intensity save file. The atmosphere data is stored in two files mhd12_6km_358.1q.lil (used by the LILIA progrm) and atmos_6km_358.fits (used by the spinor program). The first can be read with the idl procedure read_lil.pro. There is a bad pixel at ix=868,iy=801. These have been filled with the average of the surrounding nearest neighbors.
